美國前教育部長Richard Riley在2010年曾說過：「今年美國最熱門、需求量最高、待遇最好的行業，在五年前根本還沒有出現。」他特別強調「五年後這個世界還有哪些行業能夠存在？哪些新的行業會出現？」；五年快過去了，我們該如何因應這個趨勢、面對這個問題呢？許多專家學者一致認為，唯有具備創新的能力，尤其是持續創新，才能在這激烈變動的世界中生存；因此，也就迫切需要擺脫以往那種亂槍打鳥、嘗試錯誤等無效率的創新方式，而是需要一套系統化的創新方法或工具來進行創新；TRIZ(創新問題解決方法之理論)正是這樣的一套方法與工具，TRIZ強調發明或創新是可依照系統性的方法(但不一定要有特定的步驟與程序)，並且能解決創新過程中諸多的矛盾現象(例如希望產品品質好且生產速度也要快)，參考前人成功的案例來找出問題的解答，並進而實現創新；環保袋是我們日常生活常用到的物品，在這綠能、減廢、環保的浪潮上，更顯得重要，因此本研究即是以環保袋為標的，運用TRIZ這項創新工具去進行環保袋的創新。本研究的成果，已獲中華民國新型專利，名稱為「可調整內容量及探測紫外線之手環式環保袋」，證書號為新型第M410326號。

Former US Minister of Education Richard Riley in 2010, once said: " This year, in American, the most popular, the highest demand and the best treatment industry, five years ago simply has not yet appeared." In particular, he stressed that "After five years in this world, what industry can exist? What will be the new industry? ", five years have passed quickly, how should we cope with this trend and face to this problem? Many experts agree that only has the ability to innovate, especially in continuous innovation, can we survive in this highly changing world; therefore, there is an urgent need to get rid of the past that trial and error, such as the inefficiency of innovation way, but need a systematic innovation methods or tools for innovation; TRIZ (theory of innovation and problem solving) is such a set of methods and tools, TRIZ stressed that in accordance with the invention or innovation is a systematic method (but do not necessarily have specific steps and procedures), and can solve a lot of the innovation process paradox (Ex. good product quality and production speed should be faster), reference previous success stories to find the problem's solution, and thus achieving innovation; bags are commonly used in our daily life, in which green energy, waste reduction, environmental protection of the trend, even more important; therefore, this study is the subject of bags that is, the use of this innovative tool to TRIZ carried bags of innovation. Results of this study has been the Republic of China new patent, entitled "Adjustable amount of content and detection of UV-ring hand bags," the certificate number for the new No. M410326.
