本文的主要目的在比較大陸、畫酒、香港新聞傳播教育的背景及 其異同﹒並分析教育水草對三地新聞員的影響﹒研究芳法採用歷史 分析和問卷調查活﹒首先，說們發現三地新聞教育的起點雖有先禮之 別，但辦學的理君、源頭均來自西方，由於政治環積的差異，新聞教育 最後分化成兩大類~! :大陸的社會主義新聞教育與權﹒畫的自由主義 新聞教育﹒為探究新聞教育對新聞人員在薪資待遇、工作經歷、工 作滿賣度、編探手法﹒新聞價值、接什角色和專業倫理等芳面的影 響，我們在中、青島、噩三地進行具有代表性的新聞人員調查﹒結果 發現，大學教育及專業教育對新聞員的影響程度在三地有多芳面的| 差異﹒我們根據調查結果，對新聞教育的未東發展與芳向提出分析與 討論﹒

The purpose of this monograph is two-fold:the first is to compare and contrast the development of journalism and communication education in mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong;the second is to examine the impacts of journalism education on journalists in terms of salary, career path , jobsatisfaction, news practices, news values and professional ethics. The basic methods used include historical analysis and questionnaire surveys. Although journalism education in the three Chinese societies started at different hisotorical junctures, they shared a common conception based in the west, The diverging political environments have given rise to the formation of two major types of joumalism education:the socialist model in mainland China and the liberal model in Taiwan and Hong Kong.Analysis of representative samples of jounalists has found that the impacts of journalism and communication education vary across the three Chinese societies ,The irnplications of the findings for the future of journalism and communication education are also discussed.
