關於中國大陸民營經濟發展的原因有 多種解釋，本文試圖從社會資本的角度探 討中國大陸民營企業迅速發展的原因。本 文將企業的外部社會資本劃分為縱向社會 資本、橫向社會資本及政府社會資本等層 次，以社會資本概念為分析架構，以從 7,000元人民幣借款起家到成為擁有12億元 人民幣資產之多元化的通化民營企業 M 藥業為典型案例，並輔以對48 家吉 林省通化市民營企業調查問卷的分析，說明社會資本在企業發展壯大中具有重要價值。企業應該透過累積和創造縱向社會資本、橫向社會資本及政府社會資本，形成多樣化的合作關係，發展壯大自己。

There are many causes about development of China’s private enterprises. This paper tries to explain on the basic of view point of social capital, and put enterprise external social capital into longitudinal social capital, transverse social capital and government social capital, etc. This paper argues that social capital has an important role to development and growth of enterprise. This conclusion was got on the basis of the concept of social capital and seen M enterprise as a typical case, which is a Private enterprise from Loan $7,000 to Possess Assets $12 billion. The questionnaire of 48 private enterprises in Tonghua was also analyzed as a general help to conclusion. This article has a revelation about enterprise how to grow and develop them own, which is to accumulate and created all kind of social capital, such as longitudinal social capital, transverse social capital and the government, formed various relations of cooperation.
