金融海嘯便已開韓國家的市場成長受到衝孽,因此,全球團目~金磚回國的市場潛力聾展,新興市場成為兵家必爭之拙。新興市場因具有『曼限制」的市場特性,即所得、技備、地點及時間等四項條件眼制,加上該市場的害戶群特色一一在一般性價格上的商品,要求「夠好的」產品品質與風務一一因此,如何克顧此四項市場限制,並搶攻此一市場,為本研究之探討主題。藉由研究團際太廠在新興市場之經營模式個案分析,探討台灣產業在進軍新興優質平價市場之因應策略。研究發現,國際大廠在經營此一市場區隔時,著重於突破當地的四種限制。同時,新興市場的在地性企業,為服務中低所得階層客戶而發 展出創新的營運服務模式,以克服所得收 入受限之市場特性。 對此,有關台灣產業搶占新興而場之 策略,本研究提出兩項建議: (1) 善用資訊 科技技術增加平價商品的競爭儷勢; (2) 開 創ill質平價劃新模式。
