近20 年來，中小企業集群在中國大陸 地區蓬勃發展，江浙、福建、廣東沿海一 帶廣泛分布著馬歇爾式集群，即小企業占 主導地位、企業間彼此信賴、競爭合作並 存的集群。本文聚焦於馬歇爾式集群內企 業的創新困境，藉由理論回顧與珠江三角 洲地區兩個典型集群個案的驗證，提出社 會網絡理論視角下的馬歇爾式集群內企業 創新績效之提升機制：(1)集群內企業社會 資本對其創新績效具有促進作用，即企業 間的社會網絡聯繫強度愈大，其創新績效愈高；企業透過嵌入社會網絡可獲得的嵌入性資源愈豐富，其創新績效愈高；(2)集群內服務仲介對企業創新績效具有顯著的正向影響，即企業與服務仲介的聯繫強度愈大，其創新績效愈高。

In recent two decades, small and medium-sized enterprises clusters have developed rapidly in mainland China. There are many Marshallian clusters in which small enterprises dominant and there exists both competition and cooperation among enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region. This paper focuses on innovation dilemma of enterprises in Marshallian clusters and puts forward the mechanism of improving innovation performance of enterprises based on the perspective of social network theory. Firstly, social capital of enterprises have positive effect on the innovation performance of enterprises in the Marshallian clusters, that is tie strength of social network among enterpries is positively relatived to innovation performance. The more embedded resource the firm has, the higher innovation performance. Secondly, service intermediaries have positive effect on the innovation performance of enterprises in Marshallian clusters. The tie strength between service intermediary and enterprise is positively related to innovation performance of enterprises in Marshallian clusters.
