中文摘要

24 小時營業全年無休是便利商店的經營特色,加上臺灣便利店的高密度 特性,讓便利商店成為臺灣雜誌的主要零售市場。在物流的相關研究領域中, 整合供應鏈管理一直是最具挑戰性的課題之一,然而,卻甚少有研究是針對 雜誌經銷商探討整合供應鏈管理的課題。本文經由模糊認知圖探討影響便利 商店物流業者與經銷商滿意度之變數與變數間的結構關係,分析結果顯示, 配送效率與配送限制是影響系統的主要變數。本研究之研究成果可供相關業 者研擬管理與改善策略的參考依據。

英文摘要

With the convenience of 24/7 service and the fairly high density, convenience stores have become one of the important retail channels for magazines in Taiwan. The integration of supply chain management has been a very challenging issue in terms of logistic related research. The mentioned research usually focused on a single outlet but rarely studied the structure of dealers formed by several outlets. For that reason, this paper applies the methodology “Fuzzy cognitive maps” to model and explore the operation dynamics for magazine dealer. The results show that the improvement of delivery performance and delivery regulation could significantly increase magazine dealer satisfaction and somewhat mitigate the problems encountered. The result can be referred by merchants, and then further developed into a strategy for both management and improvement
