要建立產生高品質影像的放射照相技術選擇準則,是一件相當困難的工作,因為要界定X 光影像的 品質並不容易,有許多因素會相互交錯影響X 光影像的品質,必須尋找一個具有精確性且普遍可被接受用 來做品質確認的測量。本研究使用對比解析板,藉由照相條件的改變,探討kVp 與mAs 對影像品質的影響, 實驗結果顯示對比假體影像的IQF(image quality figure)值,大體上會隨著mAs 的增加而變小。至於kVp 的 部分,在40kVp 到60kVp 之間且mAs 較低時,IQF 值則會隨著kVp 的增加而變小,同時15%通例在此kVp 範圍亦適用。

英文摘要

The optimum radiographic technique selection to produce a high quality image is a difficult task. The quality of a radiograph is not easy to define, a number of factors that are complexly interrelated affect radiographic quality, but there is no precise and universally accepted measures by which to judge high quality image have been identified. In this work, a contrast-detail phantom was used to study the image quality with different kVp and mAs. The results from this contrast-detail phantom study showed that between 40kVp to 60kVp, IQF (image quality figure) decrease with kVp and mAs, and 15% rule is workable in this kVp range.
