位於顱腔的一些主要的器官，如大腦、小腦、間腦、腦幹、腦室系統、硬腦膜靜脈竇再加上基底核等，是臨床醫學影像常見的重要結構。但對於醫事放射科系學生，乃至於臨床醫事放射師、及其他相關醫療從業人員，往往只能由固定的影像截取角度和位置，死記成像的結果，卻無法從根本清楚建立結構觀念。本文以分析這些重要構造的基本解剖位置，並說明彼此相對位置關係，以建立結構間佈局的三度空間觀念。按此邏輯，不論是軸位取像，或是矢狀、冠狀影像，甚至於其他成像角度時，醫事放射師對於結構在影像呈現的變化上，有更為專業判斷依據。

The cranial cavity which contains brain, ventricular system, and dural venous sinus is common in clinical medical images. It is very important that medical students and radiological technicians understood the medical images about this region. This article analyzes the basic dissection trend of these organs. According to these conceptions, we can figure out the structure signs basically from the axial pictures, sagittal planes, or coronal sections.
