本研究為探討領導型態與職場友誼之關係,以管理者為研究對象,共發出420份問卷,有效回收為201份。本研究以層級迴歸分析檢定研究假設,在控制了性別、年齡、教育程度、婚姻狀況以及工作年資後,實證結果得知,領導型態之結構和體恤兩構面會影響管理者之職場友誼,研究結果提供管理實務與後續研究之建議。
The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between leadership style and workplace friendship. The sample was made up of managers, 420 questionnaires were sent out, and 201 questionnaires were usable. A hierarchical regression was used to analyze the data. The result indicated that leadership styles which are initiating structure and consideration both affect workplace friendship. Discussion and suggestion for further studies were provided.
