本文之研究目的旨在發展一套啟發式演算法來求取分佈式通訊網路系統可靠度最優的部分系統，此演算法可有效的計算大系統的可靠度，並運用於管理決策。本方法發展重點在於考慮選取(1)最大容量之節點(2)可靠度最高的連線(3)連線最多的節點。透過本模型的系統規劃與設計，吾人可以研究發現分佈式通訊網路系統在物流倉儲及產品管理的穩定度上能有效提升。並解決大系統容量通訊充塞問題。

The aim of this paper is to develop a heuristic algorithm for the reliability optimization of a distributed network system. This algorithm can calculate the reliability of a large system efficiently. The determination of maximal reliability set of maximum node capacity, maximal link reliability and maximal node degree is the main concerns of developing the algorithm..
