目前歐美各國都將文化創意產業視為國家發展經濟的重點策略，希望憑藉文化、創意、智力、科技，形成一個文化產業集群，帶動該國的國際競爭力。台灣現在面臨產業轉型時期，導致玻璃工藝產業呈現來不及因應的情況，需要具體且符合現況的建議，使玻璃工藝產業提升其競爭能力以面對全球化下激烈的競爭。因此，本研究致力於建構我國玻璃工藝產業國際化發展所需具備的指標，探討台灣玻璃工藝產業國際化所需擁有條件及鞏固現有的特色，以助於廠商提昇其競爭優勢。期予藉此研究助於玻璃工藝產業之發展及對於台灣文化創意產業之經營績效必有顯著影響，幫助企業在有限資源下重點投入與增加其競爭優勢，並且提政府機構、教育單位及玻璃工藝產業作為參考，甚至達到產官學的三方面結合成效。本研究以文獻回顧方式，整理玻璃工藝產業國際化的因素建構初步指標，再經由學術界及實務界的專家進行文化創意產業玻璃工藝國際化發展之指標的審查。最後建立出玻璃工藝廠商國際化發展所需具備的能力指標，以供玻璃工藝廠商針對已經概念化指標增強其能力。

Presently, Europe and America regard Culture Creative Industry as the main strategy to develop economy. And hope depend on culture, creative, intelligence, science and technology to come into a culture industry group improving the international competitiveness. The industry in Taiwan is facing transition and many glass craft industry has not enough time to get with it, so they need some specific advice to conform the present situation, and to heave the competency of glass craft industry that can face the intense competition of globalization. Therefore, the purposes of the research are to construct the index of internationalization development of glass craft industry, and confer the conditions of glass craft industry has become internationalization and consolidate the characteristic. By this research can support the develop of glass craft industrial and have outstanding effect to the culture creative industrial in Taiwan, put in the limited resources to the right place and improve the completive advantage. Also provide some suggestions to reach higher effects for government, educational institution and factory. First, build the initial index of internationalization in glass craft industrial by literature review then invite the expert of academic and practical circles to examine the initial index. Final, establish the indicators of internationalization in glass craft industrial, to provide the factory has a guideline to strengthen their ability
