分析劉完素《宣明論方》書中屬大方複治法的方劑，組成（含）十味藥以上，佔所 有處方百分比23 %。其處方具（1）藥味多；（2）分量重；（3）峻猛有毒等三大特點， 能治重病、久病難醫及疑難病證。方劑組成以辛苦寒藥為主，其中含峻猛有毒藥物，以 巴豆、輕粉、硃砂、芫花、砂、甘遂、大戟、雄黃、粉霜、信砒等十味藥最常被使用。 此類霸道方劑，特別講究(1) 藥物的炮製以制其毒性，(2) 方劑製作流程，或糊丸或水丸 或蜜丸等，(3) 方劑劑型，以散劑、丸劑、湯劑最為多見，(4) 方劑服用方法，或薄荷湯下， 或茶湯下，或鹽湯下、或溫酒下等，以期達到治病效果。

Analysis the formulas contained over ten herbs of generous retreatment law in the book of Xuan Ming Lun Fang by Liu Wan-Su, the result was shown 23% of all prescriptions. The formulas had three character of smell more, heavy weight, and jun men toxic, which can treat serious illness, chronic illness difficult medicine, and difficult disease pattern. The main composition of the formulas were acrid-bitter-cold herbs, among of them the common ten jun men toxic herbs included croton, calomel, cinnabar, genkwa, sal ammoniac, kansui, euphorbia, realgar, refined calomel, arsenic were used. These overbearing formulas were special attention fallowing methods: (1) Chinese herbs processing and reduced the toxicity;(2) process of prescription production, example paste pill or shuiwan or honey pill etc. ;(3) the common dosage forms of the formulas were powder, pill, and decoction;(4) taking methods of the formulas were with mint or tea or salt soup or under warm wine expecting achieve treatment effect.
