本文旨在蒐集近年中西醫治療糖尿病視網膜病變的文獻，探討非增殖性糖尿病視 網膜病變(non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy, NPDR) 及增殖性糖尿病視網膜病變 (proliferative diabetic retinopathy, PDR) 中藥之療效。透過研究文獻的整合及歸納，與 祝諶予教授提出降糖對藥方：生黃耆配生地、蒼朮配玄參、葛根配丹參做比較，並以中 藥現代藥理詮釋傳統中醫觀點或西醫病機。結果顯示，養陰降血糖之生地、活血降血脂 之丹參、補氣降低血小板黏附率之黃耆、補陰增加脂質代謝之枸杞、補陰降血糖之麥冬 或生津降血壓之葛根、止血化瘀降血壓之三七等是最常被用於陰虛燥熱型、瘀血阻絡型、 氣陰兩虛型糖尿病視網膜病變之中藥。治療糖尿病視網膜病變應以養陰、活血、益氣為 原則，併用具有降血糖、改善貧血、降血脂及減少蛋白尿療效之中藥應更能加強治療糖 尿病視網膜病變之療效。

Through literature review, this study was to explore efficacy of nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR) and proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) with western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) . The article will integrate and summarize the results of the effectiveness of medication, and compare with three hypoglycemic pairs: Astragalus membranaceus and Rehmannia glutinosa, Atractylodes lancea and Scrophularia ningpoensis, Pueraria lobate and Salvia miltiorrhiza, and explain view of TCM, western medicine pathogenesis with modern pharmacology of TCM. The results showed that Rehmannia glutinosa, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Astragalus membranaceus, Lycium barbarum, Ophiopogon japonicas, Pueraria lobate, Panax notoginsengetc are the most commonly used in diabetic retinopathy. In this study, the treatment of diabetic retinopathy should agree to Yin, blood, Qi principle. If we can applicate with traditional Chinese medicine with lower blood sugar, improve anemia, lower blood fat and reduce proteinuria, the efficacy of the treatment of diabetic retinopathy should better enhance.
