在傳統文學與法律理論中，法律與情欲是一個長期被忽視和誤解的主題。本研究以《西遊記》中的「法律多元」為切入，重構了針對情欲的法律綜合治理網路，深描了法律動態情欲治理的均衡過程。研究表明，國家法的情欲治理危機為法律多元創生了契機和動力，從單向度的國家剛性管控向網路化的法律綜合治理模式，展示了權力策略轉型的功效和局限，暗含了社會情欲對法律「元治理」的可能方向。

In the traditional literature and legal theory, the theme of law and eros has been neglected and misunderstood for a long time. This research reconstructs the legal comprehensive governance network image and describes multiple legal dynamic equilibrium process of erotic governance deeply, based on the legal pluralism in Journey to the West. The finding reveals that erotic governance crisis of state law created opportunity and motivation for legal pluralism and the pattern from the national one-dimensional rigid control to the comprehensive legal governance network demonstrated the efficacy and limitations of power transition strategy, as well as the possible direction of legal “meta governance” through social eros.
