隨著社會型態的轉變,飲食型態與習慣也跟著改變,而忽略了飲食的重要;加上飲食工業化及食安問題層出不窮,不斷影響著國民的健康,讓我們正視到飲食崩解的嚴重。為了建立正確的飲食知識與選擇食物的能力以改善飲食生活,並傳承固有飲食文化,食育的推動與落實即顯得必要且重要。官田國小針對學生規劃「官田觀田-從種子到餐桌的實踐旅程」此一課程方案,透過學校供餐的實施、農場的實習、食品的烹飪、食品廢棄物的再生利用等各種體驗活動,以促進孩子對飲食生活的理解、認識在地文化及農業與自然的關係,進而培養學生對食物的意識、土地的情感、正確飲食觀念及良好的飲食習慣。

英文摘要

Due to the change of the society, the habit of diet has been altered accordingly. Consequently, the critical issue of food education has been ignored. There are growing issues of food security caused by food industrialization, which affects the health of our citizens. This causes us to be aware of the importance of healthy diet. In order to set up the correct concept and the ability to choose good food, it's necessary to educate people to improve their diet habits. Guantien Elementary School has thus initiated an innovative curriculum: "The Journey from Farm to Dinning Table."This project aims at cultivating students' concept of the local culture, together with understanding the relationship between nature and agriculture, as well as the awareness of the food and the land. To help students understand the diet, correct dining concept, and good dieting habits, hand-on courses including the providing of school lunch, the practice of the farm, the cooking of food, and recycling of the food waste have been implemented to achieve this educational goal.
