韓國多文化社會主要雖由來自東亞同一文化圈的移住民構成,但共同體間的異質性及觀念差異仍舊會引發種種的矛盾和衝突。韓國社會本應以「合」和「同」的價值來一掃這些問題。然而,韓國多文化構成體卻在「合」的強勢和「同」的獨裁中,逐漸喪失了自身的特殊性,淪為少數者,直至被吞並或者被排斥。韓國社會需要求同存異,然結果卻是求同失異。這一現狀和結果中暗藏了一個哲學性問題,即普遍和特殊的問題,是「合」與「同」普遍性價值的指向,以及「分」與「異」特殊性價值的喪失。韓國社會追崇普遍性價值的歷程是與普遍主義哲學方法論有關的。本稿就是要通過探索《周易》文本的多元性思維體系,進而提出分異之間也是能夠相互溝通與和諧的這一哲學方法論。《周易》文本中的變化是指天地萬物的變化,以及在其變化中摸索著生存和繁衍的人間事的變化。天地萬物的變化構成了客觀世界的空間條件,人間事的變化則在那個時空間中使自身的變革得以實現。本稿通過對《周易》文本的分析,確認了以分異為中心的思維體系之存在。《周易》世界觀是由多元獨立的八卦構成的,而易義則是對64個多元價值的總稱。可以說,《周易》64卦及其卦義(多元價值)是以獨立的存在方式展開,並以主體的行為方式加以動作的。在如此的構造及其展開中,易義便自然而然地構築而成了。故而,本稿要主張《周易》文本以及以多元世界及其價值為主的多元主義思維萌芽就是對韓國多文化社會的哲學性解決方案的指向點。並且進一步具體提出了此解決方案的方向之一,即可以引導韓國多文化社會走向多元間的互調與和諧的「崇分舉合」、「求異存同」之哲學命題。

英文摘要

The major constituents of South Korea’s multicultural society share the same culture of East Asia. Nevertheless the cause of conflicts is extant due to the heterogeneity between communities in Korea. South Korea has tried to reduce those social conflicts by providing the values of unity and identity. But the constituents of Korean multicultural society has marginalized by or excluded from its society the ways in which they lose their identity or reduced to the minority. In essence emphasizing identity is entirely based on the philosophical methodology of universality. According to this research scheme it primarily overlooks the values of difference and diversity so that those values should be assimilated into the values of unity and identity. If we could say that the quest for universal value is the inherent obligation of philosopher reflective thought about “now here and our reality” is the social responsibility of philosopher. In this sense the distinctive philosophy that combines the inherent obligation and social responsibility can be found in the thoughts of ZHOUYI. Philosophical arguments of ZHOUYI are mainly focused on the existence of universal value and unitary world. At the same time they aim for the methodologies i.e. the differences premised on plurality should be balanced and the conflicts based on particularity must be reconciled. Thus the thoughts about the “balance and reconciliation in pluralistic construct” put forward the new philosophical methodology which probably modify the current way of thinking that is completely infatuated with the universal principle of the Occidental thought. In particular it points to the direction of philosophical reflection on the multicultural society in Korea which has been suffering acute conflicts because of the pluralistic elements. This paper suggests that the notions of the Multi diversity and difference could take the main place of the ongoing debate between “universality” and “particularity” by analyzing the cosmology and the moral theories of ZHOUYI. This paper therefore offers a methodology focused on the balance of differences and the reconciliation of particularity that would be the philosophical alternative to the multicultural society. As one of the alternatives this paper put forwards the philosophical proposition “If you recognize the difference [and] then Identity itself is constructed”. Just as the meanings of hexagram are embodied by their self therefore the meaning of ZHOUYI can be achieved by itself.
