企業對企業的競爭,已經發展成企業 夥伴對企業夥伴的競爭,傳統型夥伴關係 是一種簡單的交易型關係,並不足以在此 競爭中建立優勢。且企業的成功與否,不 僅在於本身技術是否創新,更重要的是其 與供應鏈夥伴整合後的最終產品及服務是 否能提供客戶足夠的價値。因此有一種新 型式夥伴關係開始發展,稱之為創新型夥 伴關係。創新型夥伴關係不僅供應商本身 需具備創新的特質,夥伴關係的建立過程 及合作後所產生的創新成果才是關鍵的成 功因素。然而,一般文章針對創新與夥伴 關係此兩項命題都是分別討論,而較少研 究此兩項關鍵因素如何相互為用,以及如 何發展出創新型夥伴關係以促成企業的成 功。 本文將說明創新型的夥伴關係所需具 備五項特質:(1)信任;(2)跨公司的組織運 作;(3)有效的系統;(4)互利互惠的關係; (5)創新性的供應商。針對傳統型夥伴關係 與創新型夥伴關係做比較,並透過產品演 化及夥伴關係來定位企業策略,探討如何 由傳統型夥伴關係發展成創新型夥伴關 係。最後,以宏達電(HTC)為例,討論宏達 電與微軟因為資源互補而結合,運用技術 知識分享,達成知識創造進而形成創新價 値夥伴的過程;此一演化歷程就是由傳統 型夥伴關係進展成創新型夥伴關係,也因 此造就了企業的成功。

英文摘要

The competition between individual enterprises has evolved into competition between enterprise groups consisting of business partners. The traditional partnership is a transactional relationship, which is not advantageous to the competitiveness of an enterprise. Moreover, the success of an enterprise relies not only on its technology innovation, but also its synergy with supply chains. Thus, a new form of partnership, innovative partnership, is developed. An innovative partnership not only requires the characteristic of innovation of its suppliers. The process of establishing partnership and the innovative outcome of cooperation are essential to a successful innovative partnership. However, to date only few studies have investigated the interaction between innovation and partnership and how an innovative partnership leads to the success of an enterprise. To explore how a traditional partnership transform into an innovative partnership, this study will first identify five key characteristic of an imovative partnership: (1) trust, (2) cross firm operation, (3) efficiency system, (4) beneficial partnership, (5) an innovative supplier and then contrast a traditional partnership with an innovative partnership and calibrate its enterprise strategies through the evolution of its products and partnership. HTC will be used as an example to illustrate how an enterprise forms an innovative partnership with its partner to enhance its competitiveness.
