本研究主要探討一家傳統石斑魚養殖 公司，在家庭式經營的模式下，如何透過 對知識管理的導入與應用，來克服公司經 營瓶頸與加速研發創新的過程。本文採用 單一個案分析的研究方法，來深入瞭解龍 佃生物科技這家石斑魚養殖業的龍頭公 司，在1985～2012 年間，從原本的龍蝦養 殖轉而進入石斑魚養殖研發的行列，並跨 足化妝品產業的故事。亦即，當公司開始 建立一套知識移轉與管理機制時，組織將能逐漸解決人員流動造成知識累積不易的問題，從而加速新產品研發的腳步，使公司能快速發現新市場利基，並帶動組織的成長。

This study is aimed to investigate how a traditional grouper aquaculture company under the family-run business model to applies the knowledge management to overcome the bottleneck, and how to speed the research and innovation process. From 1985 to 2012, Long-Dian morphed from a lobster-raising company into a grouper aquaculture research company and eventually branched into the cosmetics industry.
