宋代喫茶之風普及,茶已經成為生活的一部分,所謂「早起開門七件事,柴米油鹽醬醋茶。」(《夢梁錄》)賓主設禮,也習慣客來敬茶。從對點茶技巧的講究,間接帶動了茶具的發展。宋代茶書專著超過二十種,專門討論茶具的却只有三本:北宋蔡襄的《茶錄》、宋徽宗的《大觀茶論》和南宋審安老人的《茶具圖贊》。《茶具圖贊》的寫作方式十分特別,書中未述及點茶之道或品茗之法,而是將十二件茶具,比擬為人,賦以姓名、官職與字號,最後贊以德性。雖然看似遊戲之文,實寓含經世思想。茶具作為一種隱喻,成為德治的載體,或是希望人們品茗之餘,間或思及做人與為官之道。是以本文即以《茶具圖贊》為研究對象,討論其作者、宋代的茶具,並透過茶具的隱喻,分析其創作意圖。

英文摘要

In Song Dynasty, from nobility to commoners, tea becomes an important part in everyone’s daily life. The saying suggests “As you open your eyes come up meeting seven matters, firewood, rice, oil, salt, sauce, vinegar and tea.” Also, when guests come to visit, host would invite them to drink tea. Because of valuing the way of drinking tea, people began to value the drinking tool. In Song Dynasty, there are three books that were written on the topic of drinking tool, Cha Ju Tu Zan, is among one of them. Cha Ju Tu Zan was written in 1269 A.D.; Author is unknown. The book is unique because it simply concentrate on the drinking tool. The author uses personification, become the person to each tea vessel, call a word for them; each tea vessel is personified, named and ranked. Not to do these for fun, the author implies statecraft. The tea vessel thus becomes a metaphor, the author intends to inform readers its hidden meaning of moral politics. By utilizing Cha Ju Tu Zan as a research object, this paper discusses its author, the drinking tool in Song Dynasty, and analyzes those metaphors, the main purpose of the book.
