由文獻查證可知兒童因部分重要器官未發展成熟,細胞對輻射敏感性較高,太早接受過多輻射會影響發育。 故本研究針對兒童至放射診斷科執行一般X 光檢查,因哭鬧、躁動無法配合檢查時,利用自製輔具來固定兒童以 利檢查執行。輔具設計依大小共分3 款,依檢查實際狀況選擇使用。統計2013 年0~5 歲兒童照一般X 光因躁動 產生之重照率並期望使用輔具後能降低達50%以上。分析2014 年數據結果目標達成率為80%,未達預期,但統 計證明輔具之使用與降低兒童之重照率是有顯著關係的。針對無法達到目標值進行原因分析與討論改善方向,期 望能持續降低重照率並減少兒童接受二次輻射暴露的機會。

英文摘要

The literature shows that children were part of the verification of the vital organs are not mature, the sensitivity of cells to radiation is too early to accept a higher radiation will affect the development too. Therefore, this study radiology for children to perform general X-rays, because of crying, agitation cannot cooperate with the inspection when using homemade fixed aids to facilitate the examination of children perform. Assisted with the design according to the size of the section is divided into three, according to examine the actual situation choose to use. Retake rate statistics in 2013 children aged 0 to 5 according to the general X-rays generated due to the restlessness and desire to use assistive devices can reduce after more than 50%. Analysis of the data results in 2014 to reach a target of 80%, below expectations, but statistics prove that uses reduced retake rate of children's assistive devices have significant relationships. Cause analysis and improvement of the discussion will not be achieved for the target value, we expect to continue reducing the retake rate and reduce the chances of children receiving secondary radiation exposure.
