本研究以暫態液晶實驗法測定旋轉圓柱體於側向溝槽式衝擊噴流下之細部熱傳係數,納入考量的影響因子包括:(a)噴流流量、(b)噴射距離、(c)圓柱旋轉速度,研究結果指出,當噴射流量越大,其熱傳係數會相對增強;當噴射距離增大,熱傳係數會先增大、然後再略減低;當測試狀態為旋轉時,熱傳分佈相當均勻,未旋轉之測試例則呈現迎風面往後單調下降的熱傳係數分布;當圓柱轉速愈高,相對增強整體熱傳效能。實驗結果提供相關動力旋轉機械採用側向衝擊冷卻技術時的重要參考基礎。

英文摘要

This work measured the detailed heat transfer coefficients at the surface of rotating cylinder with transverse slot impinging jet. The relevant variable factors were: (a) the flow rate of impinging jet, (b) the impinging distance, and (c) the rotational speed of cylinder. The experimental results indicate that the heat transfer coefficients increased with the flow rate of impinging jet. When the impinging distance increased continuously, the heat transfer coefficients firstly increased and then decreased slowly. The distribution of heat transfer coefficients was smooth and uniform as the cylinder rotating. When the cylinder was stationary, the heat transfer coefficients monotonically declined away from the windward side. Besides, rotation raised the total heat transfer capacity. The relevant results can be the important base for the design of the transverse impinging cooling technique applied to the power rotational machines.
