本論文提出一個新型電壓式三階正交振盪器,它使用到兩個第二代電流傳輸 器(CCII)、一個電壓相減電流傳輸器(DVCC)、四個接地電阻器及三個接地電 容器。電路中可得到兩個相差90°的電壓式訊號,振盪器的振盪條件與振盪頻率 可經由接地電阻器獨立調整,電路中僅使用到接地的被動元件有利於此電路的積體電路製作。

英文摘要

A new voltage-mode third order quadrature oscillator circuit using two second-generation current conveyors (CCIIs), one differential voltage current conveyor (DVCC), four grounded resistors and three grounded capacitors is presented in this paper. Two voltage-mode signals with 90° phase difference are available in the proposed circuit. The oscillation condition and oscillation frequency are independently controllable through the grounded resistors. The use of all grounded passive components makes the circuit ideal for integration.
