本文根據紫外分析儀的工作原理和技術參數,參考相關國家標準和技術規 範,研究了一種紫外分析儀的校準方法。校準過程使用紫外光譜輻射儀校準紫外 分析儀的波長、紫外輻照計校準輻射強度,完成對紫外分析儀的計量校準溯源, 並對其測量示值誤差結果按照JJF1059.1-2012《測量不確定度評定與表示》進行 了不確定度評定,為醫藥衛生質檢和生產企業對紫外分析儀的校準提供了可靠的校準依據。

英文摘要

A calibration method for UV analysis meter is researched, which is according to the working principle and technical characteristics of UV analysis meter, the relevant national standards and measurement of technical specifications. By using UV spectroradiometer and UV radiation meter, the wavelength and radiation intensity of UV analysis meter are calibrated, which completed the traceability of the UV radiation meter calibration. According to JJF1059.1-2012 Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation and Expression, the uncertainty of measurement error is evaluated. The method provides the basis for calibrating UV radiation meters in the fields of medical health qulity inspection and production enterprise.
