本文研究自補償靜壓軸承之工作台之靜態特性,探討自補償靜壓軸承設計參數之影 響。靜態特性探討節流部設計參數,在不同的有效面積比、節流參數比、黏度比及節流島 高度比等設計參數下,分析無因次工作台位移對無因次承載及無因次剛度等靜態特性之變 化關係,並針對節流島高度比的變化加以分析及討論。
The static characteristics of worktable mounted on hydrostatic bearings using self-compensation are investigated in this study. For static characteristics, the influences of design parameters for restriction part of hydrostatic bearings with self-compensation are investigated. With various ratios of effective area of both pads, ratios of restriction parameters, ratios of height of restriction island and viscosity, the dimensionless load capacities and static stiffness parameters versus displacement ratios of worktable are obtained by numerical analyses and discussed on the influences of variations in the ratio of restriction island height.
