圖書館與雷算中心合併的爭議，引發圖書館界不少的討論。本文試圖從關 注焦點的不同，來區分圖書資訊學與電腦學門的差異。最後並從資訊科學先驅 者的理念，與資訊科學的内涵二方面探討圖書資訊人員所應具備的知識與技能。
英文摘要
Recent debates about the merging of library and computing center have worried librarians very much. The above disciplines actually, have their different focuses on the studies of information. Based upon the differences, the author advocates that librarians should develop their distinct knowledge contents in order to differentiate the differences from computer science.
