视聽媒體因其屬性的不同，可以在敎學上扮演各種不同的角色。本 文簡述媒體在敎學上的角色、媒體敎學效果與媒體的發展趨勢外，並試 圖以臺灣大學圖書館多媒體服務中心推廣活動為主軸，討論圖書館推展 视聽媒體在敎學上的應用，在館員與敎師的實際互動中，思想與改進圖 書館多媒體服務的内涵。

Each kind of audio-visual media can play a role to enhance teaching. This paper introduces the extension activity of the Multimedia Center at the National Taiwan University Library, the role of media in teaching, its effects on teaching and the trends of media. Also, it discusses the application of multimedia in teaching and rethinks how to enrich the quality of multimedia services through the interaction between librarians and professors.
