在我國檔案工作中，檔案價值鑑定是一項比較薄弱的工作環節。於國内尚 缺乏檔案鑑定實施經驗，是為提升檔案鑑定與清理效能，本研究首先剖析我國 檔案鑑定制度之設計與運作，再將我國的檔案鑑定制度設計理念與實施經驗與 美國、英國、加拿大及澳洲等四國進行比較後，提出未來改進吾國檔案鑑定機制之策略，並進而推展至全國各機關據以實施。

This article discusses the improvement strategy of archives appraisal in Taiwan. First, it introduces the design and operation of archives appraisal systems in Taiwan. Next, it compares the design concept and implementation of archives appraisal systems in Taiwan with that in other countries, including U.S., U.K., Canada, and Australia. Finally, it gives the conclustion and provides some suggestions for future research on this subject.
