本研究主旨欲探討星渝醫院管理顧問有限公司中專業工作人員留職意願與 滿足感之研究,研究對象為本公司全體員工、蒐集資料方式是量化研究當面問 卷填答,資料分析方法有研究對象次數分配、K-S 單一樣本考驗、t 考驗、單 因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關。 研究結果發現,男性與女性不同在留置意願認同度是有顯著性差異、不同 的所屬單位在工作特質部分是有顯著性差異、不同的教育程度在工作特質部分 是有顯著性差異、不同性別在工作特質部分是有顯著性差異、不同是否主管職 在工作特質部分、工作報酬部分及人際氛圍部分皆達到顯著性差異、不同的所 屬單位在工作特質部分是有顯著性差異、不同的教育程度在工作特質部分是有 顯著性差異、專業工作人員留職意願認同度「工作特質部分」與工作滿足感「工 作特質部分」、「工作報酬部分」皆達至顯著性相關。 本研究最後依據研究結果提出建議,從理念面(提出5 點建議)及實務面 (提出9 點建議)提供該公司建構一套完整的獎懲規範及管理機制,以提升專 業工作人員之留職意願及公司服務績效品質。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to investigate the desire and satisfaction of the professional staffs' job retention in Xing-Yu Hospital Management Consultants Limited. Participants for this research are from all the employees of this company. The research data were collected with the face-to-face questionnaires and analyzed with the quantitative research methods, such as the frequency distribution analysis, K-S single sample test, t test, single factor analysis of variance (single factor ANOVA), Pearson correlation analysis. The result suggests that the degree of agreement on job retention is significantly different in sex differences. Besides, the interactions of the department differences and working characteristics, education and working characteristics, sex differences and working characteristics, whether being a manager or not and working characteristics, payment and working atmosphere, departments and working characteristics, education and working characteristics. In the agreement on job retention for the professional staffs, the factor of working characteristics reaches the significant difference. In the satisfaction aspect, the factors of working characteristics, and payment reach the significant difference. Finally, based on the research results, there are some suggestions for the company in the idealistic aspect (two suggestions recommended) and practical aspect (nine suggestions recommended) for building a complete set of rewards and punishments specification and management mechanisms to enhance the company's performance and the intention of the professional staffs for job retention.
