教師是中小學教育成敗的關鍵因素,師資培育是培養教師或準教師教學知能的過程,而良師則是師資培育追求的目標。為了培育良師,必須檢討現實的教師圖像,並建構理想的教師圖像,如能採取適合的師資培育策略,將可促進教師圖像的翻轉。本文分析教師圖像的學術和實務探究,檢視現實存在的負面教師圖像,建議由負轉正的翻轉目標,以做為改革之參考。
Teacher education is the process of providing teachers and potential teachers with the knowledge and skills necessary to teach effectively in a classroom environment. Within this process, clarifying negative and ideal teacher images is essential for the professional development of teachers to improve their ability to teach, and to facilitate the achievement of their students. This article tries to analyze negative images of what teachers look like, and propose ideal images for teachers to fi nd out images of teaching as a way of understanding their practice and explicitly seek a link between image and practice.
