本文探討照顧一位肺癌末期病患住院的護理過程，護理期間 自民國99 年6 月9 日至6 月25 日，於6 月25 日因病情惡化臨 終返家。筆者藉由觀察、傾聽、會談、病歷收集資料等方式，收 集主客觀資料並運用整體性評估，發現個案護理問題：(1)疼痛、 (2)自主性換氣障礙、(3)哀傷。筆者採用Watson 十項關懷照護理 論，作為護理措施的準則，除了減輕病患生理上的不適外，更藉 由與病患及家屬建立互信關係及生命回顧，減輕個案哀傷的情緒。 僅以此善終的護理經驗與同仁分享。

This article described a nursing experience using Watson’s caring theory for an end-stage lung cancer patient in hospitalization. The duration of nursing care by the researcher was between June 9 and June 25, 2010. The case came back home due to disease deterioration and the point of death. The methods of data collection included observation, listening, face-to-face interview, and chart review and totally evaluation. The case’s nursing problems included pain, the disability of breathing, and sadness. Based on the Watson’s caring theory, the researcher not only reduced the case’s discomfort, but established the nurse-patient relationship and life review to reduce the case’s sadness. This case report was expected to share the nursing experience to clinical nursing staff for the related disease.
