中文摘要

本研究旨在探究國民小學校長的正向特質、永續卓越領導與領導效能之現況與關係。在研究方法上採用問卷調查法,並使用結構方程模式驗證校長正向特質、永續卓越領導對領導效能的關係。研究結果顯示校長的正向特質對領導效能之現況良好,三者之間具相關性,且影嚮關係模式適配度良好。雖然校長的正向特質對領導效能有顯著之直接影響效果;但當校長正向特質透過永續卓越領導之中介作用能對領導效能產生更大的影響,其影響效果也相對提高許多。本研究建議校長運用正向特質的發揮,並透過永續卓越領導模式,進而提升領導效能。

英文摘要

The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship among elementary school principal’s positive traits, sustainable successful leadership and leadership effectiveness. Questionnaire survey was used. And, this study used structural equation modeling with prospective data to test for model fit. The findings indicate that the principals’ positive traits and sustainable successful leadership positively affects leadership effectiveness. Besides, principal’s positive traits will indirectly influence leadership effectiveness by way of sustainable successful leadership. The results suggest that the principal should implement principal’s positive traits to accelerate sustainable successful leadership in order to improve the whole leadership effectiveness.
