客運公司每年燃油成本多逾億元,故如何撙節耗油量是各客運公司所需面 臨的成本及環保重要課題。因應此一課題,「環保駕駛」可有效提升燃油效率, 而為能落實「環保駕駛」,可藉由節油獎金措施予以激勵。本研究旨在評估節 油獎金措施所形成之影響效果,該影響效果之探討除採實際之燃油效率變化 進行客觀衡量外,另應用計晝行為理論,内、外控人格特質構建多群組結構 方程模型。研究結果顯示,節油獎金措施之實施使得平均燃油效率提升約 7.58% ;另「環保駕駛」的「意向」變化對於燃油效率提升之影響並不顯著; 内控人格特質駕駛人於節油獎金措施實施後所提升之燃油效率優於外控人格 特質駕駛人。

英文摘要

Million liters of fuel had been consumed by the bus corporations annually when the expenses usually cost not economically, but also environmentally. Thus, reducing the fuel consumption turns out to be a critical issue for bus companies. Facing ethical challenge, encouraging bus drivers with monetary rewards is not only a practical incentive, but also an encouragement of eco-driers. The research aims to explore the effect of incentive factors, such as “reward system” that correlate with the eco-driving behavior. The comparative data of fuel-efficiency had been collected before and after the implementation of “reward system”. Furthermore, this study adopts the theory of planned behavior and personality to construct the multi-group structural equation model. As a result, the average fuel consumption per kilometer before and after the "reward system" reveals approximately 7.58% reduction in fuel consumption. However, the changes in intention " has insignificant positive effects on raising efficiencies in terms of fuel consumption. The implementation of fuel efficiency incentives, drivers with uInternal-Locus-Control Personality” had significant fuel-saving responses, compare with those drivers with “External-Locus-Control Personality”.
