本篇論文是利用受挫式全反射法搭配新樣式的Otto組態(BK-7稜鏡-氯化鈣-銀金屬薄膜)激發表面電漿波對氯化鈣的量測,並藉由不同銀金屬薄膜厚度變化進行電腦模擬,並找出本新樣式的Otto 組態激發表面電漿波時之最佳化銀金屬薄膜層厚度,並對整個模擬結果作深入分析與探討。 本研究結果顯示,量測物質氯化鈣在本新樣式的Otto 組態銀薄膜厚度 78(nm) 時,具有最佳檢測響應;即本研究組態在銀薄膜厚度78(nm) 時,所產生的表面電漿波具有深且窄的最佳化表面電漿波共振角。

英文摘要

The object of this paper is to measure calcium chloride using surface plasma wave excited by a frustrated Total Reflection method collocation new style otto configuration(BK7 prism - calcium chloride - Ag),and with different silver metal film thickness changes to computer simulation , and find this new style Otto configuration to best silver metal film thickness of excitation surface plasma wave,and the entire simulation results for in-depth analysis and discussion. Results of this study show,measuring substance calcium chloride in this new style Otto configuration silver film thickness 78 (nm) when,has the best detection response ; that configured in this study that the silver film thickness 78 (nm) when,surface plasma waves produced has the best deep and narrow surface plasma wave resonance angle.
