隨著資訊通訊科技的進步，現今的學生與家長能夠更輕易地取得跨地區跨國家學校 的各種資訊，這使得大專院校間的競爭不只受到少子女化影響，也受到國際化的影響， 因此各大專院校為求永續經營，必須在經營方法與策略上更加精益求精。各校編列在招 生活動上的資源與預算是有限的，為使預算能夠有效率地被運用，了解現今學生選擇學 校時考量的觀點是很重要的。本研究針對103學年度入學四技新生進行普查，結果發現 新生在選擇就讀學校時非常重視「學校的教學環境與設備」、「學校學生畢業後就業情況 良好」、「學校具有優質的資訊化與資源」、「學校與產業合作密切」與「學校具有優質的 教學品質」。

As the information technology grows rapidly, the parents and students are able to receive school information all over the world easily. Furthermore, the young population is decreasing dramatically in Taiwan. The college education market is changing and the environment is getting more and more competitive. Therefore, to find out the best strategy in school management is an important topic. The study conducted a survey and found that the environment and the equipment of a college, the future employment conditions, good ICT equipment and resources, well cooperation system between school and industries and best teaching quality are the most important factors while students choosing colleges.
