神分裂病乃精神醫學、司法精神醫學及犯罪學上之最重要課題。它不但在狹義精神病犯 罪中占很高之比率；且其犯罪也總是駭人聽聞的，故在探討精神陴礙與犯罪的關係中，最重要 者乃屬「精神分裂病」。本文從糟神分裂病之概念，症狀診斬及類型説明精神分裂病之病之意義，再從精神分裂病 之犯罪比率中探討精神分類病者之犯罪內容；且由於精神分裂病者之殺人幾乎都以親屬家族及 熟人為對象，並進而説明其之殺人能否預測。並從精祌分裂者之貴任能力學説之事論硏究精神 分裂病前驅期或潛伏期（即輕微精神分裂病）之責任能力及是否該承認部分责任能力之觀念， 最後並以犯罪性精神分裂病者之預後及犯罪預防為總結。

Schizophrenia is the most important issue in psychiatry, Legal psychiatry and Criminology today. The rate of crimes committed by Schrophrenics are not only high but also frightening. Therefore, shizophrenia is one of the most important topics in discussing the relationship between insanity and crimes. Firstly, this paper defines schizophrenia from its concept, sympton, diagnosis and classification, Furthermore; it explores the contents of those crimes committed by schizophrenics from the rate of those crimes. In addition, this paper tries to explain whether the murder committed by a schizophrenic can be predicated because uictims of the murder are mostly his or her parents, relatives and acquaintances. Thirdly, the paper studies two questions concerning the capacity of schizophrenics to be liable for his conduct according to different theories, One is the liability occurred during precursory period and incubation period of schizophrenia. The other one is about the concept that whether a schizoperenic should be liable partially for his conduct. Finally it discusses the rehabilitation of a criminal schizophrenic and how to prevent the crimes committed by schizophrenics.
