79 歲男性前列腺肥大、急性尿瀦留，西醫插導尿管失敗，中醫診斷: 癃閉，症屬膀胱 濕熱充斥，三焦閉塞，加之跌撲就臥之後，氣滯血瘀，肺氣閉阻失宣，而致水道不通。 治以芒硝、大黃、黃芩、肉桂、紅蔥根須、新鮮田螺、白酒、製成藥餅置肚臍上，藥餅 上再放艾柱灸。灸後二便通，隨訪無復發。

The 79 year-old male complain about acute urinary retention, and insertion of catheter is failure. TCM diagnosis: Dysuria, bladder damp-heat, triple burner occlusion, combined with blood stasis and qi stagnation. Nondiffusion of lung qi cause waterways block. Treatment by herbal cake separated moxibustion with mirabilite, rhubarb, scutellaria, cinnamon, red onion roots, fresh snail and liquor. After moxibustion treatment urine and stool are well-regulated, without recurrence.
