本研究之人力規劃模擬模式,在結構複雜、制度嚴密的國軍軍官人力系統中,可較一 般數學規劃模式,產生更多極具價値的資訊,將有助於國軍人力規劃工作。尤其是在同期 别分析中,從某階晉昇至高階的機率及時間,對個人前程期望之認知提供很有用的資訊, 而這些資訊是一般數學規劃模式很難提供的。
In the complex and well-organized military officer manpower system, the simulation model of manpower planning compared with common mathematical programming model, can produce much more valuable information which is contributory to the military manpower planning. Especially, when we analyse the probability and the span of an officer’s getting promotion among his same year^ graduates, the model will provide him much good information on realizing his own future; however, the information is hard to be produced just by the common mathematical programming model.
