本文旨在探討固定需求率、退化性商品及允許缺貨的情形,其發生在二階層的分配系統中,此存貨系統具有一個主分配中心(CDC)與m個零售商,二階層分配系統中均採定 期分配與訂購的(T,N,Q)存貨政策。本研究改善一般單階層的存貨理論,單階層的存貨理 論未探討不同的庫存位置間之需求、訂購批量及再訂購點的交互影響,本文增加考量二階 層分配系統的分配時間、退化性商品、現金價値、通貨膨脹率與允許缺貨等因素,期以系 統總平均成本最小化爲衡量因子,獲得最適的分配時機與訂購策略。
The purpose of this paper is to design an inventory system for deteriorating items with shortages discount and inflation rates corrections. This case happens in the two-echelon distribution systems that consists of a single central distribution center (CDC) and m retailers. Each CDC and retailers adopt a periodic distribution and order (T.N.Q.) policy。In this research, generalization of single-echelon inventory theory ignore interactions of demands lot sizes, and reorder time-point among various stocking locations that is improve up, and distribution times and deteriorating item and shortage are considered. We hope to obtain optimal distribution time-point and ordering-policies by minimize the total average system cost.
