本文提出團隊概念並修正車輛路線安排問題模式後，建構團隊方式之專案資源分配模式並 透過範例驗証，顯示本模式不僅能簡化資源種類、提供各團隊作業路線與所需資源等資訊外， 更能協助專案經理將所需之各式資源妥善分配至各個作業上。

The paper proposes the team concept initially and then revises the model of vehicle routing problem to build a project resources allocation model by team approach. After example illustration, the model shows that it is useful to simplify the different kinds of resources and to help a project manager allocate different kinds of resources well based on the route information of each team.
