勞資爭議是現代企業常面臨的問題。探討勞資爭議的理論亦是屢見不鮮,從文 獻可以發現,傳統勞資爭議的協議解爲勞資雙方隨著時間放寬工資底線;換言之, 資方隨者時間調高勞方的工資要求,勞方隨者時間降低工資的要求,最後達成和解。 本研究突破傳統的議價形式,以勞資雙方的線性策略以及效用函數推導出異於傳統 模式的協議解,作爲探討勞資協議解的另一種模式。

英文摘要

Modern corporation always faces a trouble the war of labor-management. There are a lot of papers which had studied the war of labor-management theorem. The traditional agreement solution is that both of labor and management give up deadline of wage by time; In other words, the management will increase wage the labor desired and the labor will decrease wage they want by time. Finally, labor and management will reach agreement. In this paper, it uses linear strategies and utility functions of labor and management to find agreement solution different from traditional form and as a method to study the puzzle of labor-management.
