在台灣地區汽車交通事故發生頻繁，對國家、社會及個人重大的損失，尤其是 個人權利損失，如何能獲得適當之塡補是一重要課題。本文試圖從民事方面分析其 (一)責任原理；(二)信賴原則之適用；(三)共同侵權行爲；(四)損害賠償及(五)保險制度等等。 最後藉由諸項建議之提出，期能改善交通狀況。

Automobile traffic accidents are frequently happened in Taiwan area , it has been making great losses for state ' society and individual.Ifs a material subject for victims that how to get adequacy compensation which more than all the loss of damage.The main orientation of this thesis is civil liability , and analyze ( 1 ) the axiom of liability; ( 2 ) the adaption of the principle of confidence; ( 3 ) co-tort; ( 4 ) damage;and( 5 ) insurance system , and so on. Finally , make an attempt at improving traffic circumstance by means of several propositions.
