當專案於計畫執行階段，專案管理者往往會遇到不確定的資訊。此時，是項不確定資訊 可能會使專案之資源分配工作面臨資源是否充足的難題。因此，在不確定環境時，本文以能 考量團隊方式之專案資源分配模式為基礎，探討該模式在決策者或專家提供具模糊語意之資 訊時，運用模糊集合論以建構模糊團隊專案資源分配模式，俾能適切描述前述模糊語意狀況。 接著，運用(X切割技術將前項模糊模式轉換成線型模式，俾能運用現行套裝軟體迅速求解。 前項模式與解法經範例証其可用性後，除可提供最少成本下之各團隊作業路線外，更能提供 目前資源數量是否充足的資訊，以協助專案管理者適時與適量的完成專案任務。

The paper proposes a model by fuzzy set theory that can consider the uncertain conditions by team approach and a solution approach by a-cut skill that can translate above fuzzy model into a simple linear programming model. After an example illustration, the model shows that it is useful to describe the vague language especially fuzzy relation condition and to help a project manager allocate different kinds of resources well based on the route information of each team and whether the amount of resources is enough or not.
