隨著資訊科技的曰新月異，民間企業莫不運用網路網路與電子商務來爲其創 造效率與利潤。國軍網路基礎建設的普及爲國軍補給作業提供應用這些資訊科技 的機會。本研究首先描述彈藥補給作業的人工方式，進而探討一個現行的彈藥補 給管理資訊系統的建置及其效用與經驗，最後運用資訊安全的技術提出一個具有 認證與不可否認特性的彈藥補給管理模式及系統運作概述。期望能提供國軍一個 安全且可行的方案。

As the information technology grows , companies try to make a profit from electronic commerce. The popularity of military network foundation provide us an opportunity to apply those technologies. In this paper ,we first describe the ammunition supply management in a mankind way , then we discuss the experience and problems of an existing system. At last, we present an ammunition supply management system with authentication and non-repudiation . Our model riot only provide a feasible improvement for ammunition supply management system, but can be a recommendation for other kinds of military supply management system.
