本文所提出的決策單位專家群組之評選模式，即在建構一新的模式，使專家群組所具有的隸 屬度更貼切地描述專家群組屬性特徵；並將專家群組屬性測度指標予以簡化，而達到極佳的評估 效果，使決策單位專家群組的評選更簡單易行。在實施專家群組評選之前，並引用專家評價系統 的技術來評量「決策單位專家群組之評選」模式的有效性。使本模式更能有效而正確的評選所需 的專家群組。

This paper proposes a new model of "Expert Group Selecting of Decision-Makers” which describes the attributes and characteristics of the experts group more properly. It simplifies the metrical index of experts group and reaches at the perfect evaluation effect so that decision-maker can put experts group selecting in practice easily. Before selecting, we quote the technique of “the experts evaluation system” to judge the effectiveness of this model such that we can use this method to select the experts group more effectively and correctly .
