品質管理是開發優質的資訊系統的重要議題,傳統資訊系統開發過程品質的要 求著重於測試技術,而非事先的完善規劃,以致大部份的花費在於應付因無法滿足 使用者的需求而需要維護的費用。因此,如何導入品質管理於資訊系統開發以求降 低失敗成長及強化品質是非常迫切的。本文首先以品質成本來探討資訊系統開發的 品質管理成效,並整合現行產業與服務界的品質管理模式,將其導入於資訊系統開 發過程。其次,整合個案決策支援系統於資訊開發每一過程中,以求縮短開發時程,改善過程品質。

英文摘要

To develop a good Information System (IS), the Quality Management is an important issue. In a traditional development process of information system, the requirement of quality is emphasizing on testing techniques, but weakly in planning. However, it does not satisfy the requirement of users to cause the failure cost heavily. Therefore, it is urgent to integrate the quality management within the Information System (IS) development process, in order to decrease the failure cost and increase the total quality. This paper uses the cost of quality, and lays emphasis on development of information system, then establishs a set of models, which are founded on the spunk of ISO, Capability Maturity Model (CMM), Total Quality Management (TQM) and Mr. Crosby's concepts on quality management. It aims at integrating these models into the IS development process to establish a correct and complete quality management framework for Information System. This research investigates a methodology, Case-based decision Support System, which incorporates Case-based Reasoning and Decision Support System in terms of implementing a quality management framework of information systems.
