隨著資訊時代的來臨,企業經營者為了創造優勢,必須能快速的吸收各項專業知識,掌握產品的品質與生產時程來滿足顧客需求,鑑於系統發展功能日形複雜,如何有效的利用智慧資產與資訊科技來協助組織成員知識管理與經驗蒐集,在各類應用軟體開發過程中,促進各階段需求分享與意見溝通,創新策略實為現代管理者不可忽視的重要課題。本研究提出一個新的知識管理機制,利用黑板溝通模式結合代理人的功能,在主從式架構之企業內部網路上建立雛型系統,經由此系統之運作,使用者可據以輕鬆輸入完整需求,冀能利用代理人功能來協助改善系統設計中的經驗、知識交流困難,與資訊共享不易的問題。研究設計以軟體測試為例,來驗證其可行性,除可有效增進溝通效率外,並可協助系統使用者快速獲得最新應用資訊。

英文摘要

With the coming of the development on the Internet and World Wide Web, in order to make advantage, the enterprisers have to absorb all domain knowledge quickly, and control the quality and schedule of product to satisfy the customers’ requirement. Owing to the functions of a software system is getting more and more complex, it is very important for managers to use intelligent wisdom and information techno-logy efficiently in the phases of software development. In this study, we present a new prototype knowledge management mechanism that combines blackboard communication and agent functions in client/server intranet framework. By using the mechanism, users can easily input well-defined requirement to improve the problem of experience sharing and knowledge in system design communication. Through software testing, the feasibility of this study is demonstrated. By providing such a the mechanism, it is expected to improve communication efficiency and assist users to get new applied information.
