中文摘要

本研究以高中、職學生的軍人職業選擇傾向為研究系絡,探討受試者對軍人職業報 償認知、軍人職業地位評價及個人特質對其軍人職業選擇傾向的影響,作為精進國軍人 才招募之參考。透過問卷衡量的方式,調查台灣北、中、南、東等地區十所高中、職學 校學生,回收有效問卷762 份,經資料分析結果顯示,除受試者對於軍人職業報償及職 業地位具有較正面的認同與評價之外,並獲得以下發現:1.高中、職學生認為軍人職業 報償愈合理,則對軍人職業選擇傾向會愈高。2.高中、職學生對軍人職業地位評價愈高, 則對軍人職業選擇傾向會愈高。3.成就性生涯傾向愈高的高中、職學生,選擇軍人職業 傾向愈高。本研究並針對研究發現,討論其管理實務上的意涵。

英文摘要

This study base upon the military occupational selection of senior high school and vocational school students. Further more to discuss how does occupational compensation recognition, occupational status, and personality of military personnel affect their occupational selection inclination? The conclusion of study will provide some suggestions to improve the performance of human resource recruitment in military. This study use the method of questionnaires measurement to investigate students of 10 senior high school and vocational school total in cover whole area of Taiwan Island. In the 762 effective responses, there are two founds in result: 1.The higher military occupational compensation caused the higher military occupational selection. 2.The higher military occupational status that cause the higher military occupational selection. 3.The higher career intention of attainment that cause the higher military occupational selection. The management implications will be discuss behind.
