中文摘要

組織發展知識管理專案的目標,在於有效連結關键的企業策略、經濟效益及產業價 値,以獲取知識經濟社會中的優勢位置,而知識分享被視為組織知識管理活動中重要的 核心議題。此外,資訊技術是組織建立知識管理能量的重要資源與能力,它可以加速知 識的獲取與散佈,同時擴展知識的儲存與分享。本研究植基於資訊技術資源/能力的整 合觀點,嘗試建構知識管理活動及其效益對組織發展的重要連結。 本研究以實施知識管理專案的企業為對象,透過問卷調查及統計分析方法來探討資 訊技術資源/能力、知識分享、知識管理效益與組織绩效之關係。研究發現當組織資訊 技術資源/能力愈充分,員工參與知識分享活動的行為意圖將愈明顯;同時,組織成員 的知識分享程度愈高,對於知識管理專案的員工滿意度及推行效益將具顯著效果,進而增加組織營運的績效。

英文摘要

The development of organizational knowledge management (KM) project aims at linking critical business strategy, economic benefit, and industrial value to acquire the advantage in the era of knowledge economy and society. Knowledge sharing is regarded as the key issue of KM activities in an organization. Besides, information technology (IT) that facilitates knowledge acquisition, storage, dissemination and sharing is an essential resource and capability to establish KM capacity. Based on the perspective of IT resource/capability, this study constructs the linkage between KM activities and organizational development. Using regression analysis with data from questionnaires collected in different industries which have already implemented KM project, this study examines the relationship among IT resource/capability, knowledge sharing, KM effectiveness, and organizational performance. The study found that IT resource/capability support will lead to the behavior of knowledge sharing. Moreover, the higher participation in knowledge sharing, the better satisfaction on KM, which in turn promotes the organizational performance.
