本研究以國軍志願役軍官為對象,探討個人屬性、變革認知與支持變革態度間之關 係。研究發現,志願役軍官對精實案中结構變革的支持程度較高,對人員變革的支持程 度較低。在各項變革認知構面中,以必要性認知水準較高,溝通和個人權益認知水準較 低。不同役別和階級的志願役軍官間之支持變革態度有顯著的差異,以志願役預官和上 校的支持水準較高,正期軍官和中校的平均水準較低。不同性別、役別、階級和單位性 質的志願役軍官之變革認知有顯著的差異。必要性和溝通性認知對各支持變革態度具有 顯著的正面影響,權益性認知對支持人員變革具有正向的解釋力,適應性認知則對支持 結構變革有正向的解釋力。

英文摘要

This research has made a questionnaire for the voluntary officers to realize the relationship between individual attributes, support attitude toward organizational change and perceptions of organizational change. After survey, the study finds that respondents have relatively higher level of support attitude toward changing stmcture, and lower level of support toward changing people. In the dimensions of organizational change perceptions, the level of necessity perception is higher, and the level of perceptions of communication and benefit are lower. There is significant deviation on support attitude among different military education level and military ranks. There is significant deviation on officers' perceptions among different sexes, military education levels, units and positions. Most perceptions for O. C. have significantly explanatory power on support attitude toward change, and the necessity perception has the most explanatory power.
