專業的第三者物流業近年正迅速發展,其中配送路線的車輛途程問題(Vehicle Routing Problems, VRP)設計屬於核心競爭力之一,在物流運輸之應用與研究領域中扮演 相當重要的角色。在於影響路線設計的因素中,針對服務客群區分而達到妥善運用資 源,藉由灰色系統理論(Grey system)的發展,可提供研究少數據不確定性的實務問題。 本研究第一步驟根據歷史資料來預測未來需求,建構灰色預測之GM(1,1)模式為基 礎,對現有數據進行預測,第二步驟根據需求點的屬性指標(距離、件數、重量和作業 集中度),综合各項實際影響路線規劃因素進行評估區分;第三步驟則以此類指標,建 構白化權函數檢視新提出之灰聚類方法的規劃模式,並進行初步路線建構,最後則以實 例來進行效用測試分析。研究發現物流中心有必要依顧客族群區分不同配送等級(高中 低效益群),提供車輛調派依據,以平衡業務員荷;可用策略包含事前安排、合併區 位、提高費用或採行外包等。

英文摘要

In recent years, logistics has become a significant issue for supply chain management. The third party of professional logistics may be rapidly developed, among them, the design of distributing route belongs to one of the center competitiveness, i.e. the vehicle routing problems (VRP), that is acting an important role in the realm of transportation's application and research. This research is utilizing the limited data and trying to use the Grey system in those factors that might influence the route design. The first step of this research is grounded on the historical data to forecast the future requirements, establishing the GM (1.1) model predicted by grey as a basis, and forecasting the current data to obtain the future developments of the element in numerical data. Second, it is based upon the properties of demanding points, synthesizing each practical factor that may affect the route project to assess the index to proceed with discrimination. The final step is relied on these indexes to establish the function of Grey system, and will be able to survey the practical application and the developing potentials of the 3PL by Grey assembling method submitted latest, and proceed with an initiative route frame.
